Delaney Dean French, M.D., F.A.A.F.P.
      

           Dr. French is a native Texan who received his undergraduate studies at The University of Texas in Austin.  He then completed medical school at The University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio and directly went into specialty training in Family Practice at John Peter Smith/Tarrant County Hospital in Fort Worth, becoming board certified in Family Practice in 1991.  He was again recertified in 1998.   Actively involved in the American Academy of Family Practice, Dr. French is also a member of the Texas Association of Family Practice, Texas Medical Association, and the Anderson/Leon County Medical Society.

                         

           Dr. French has lived and practiced medicine in Palestine since 1991.  He and his wife, Cammie , have four children, Chloe, Lexi, Jeb, and Cass.  They enjoy actively participating in the community and their church. Besides his favorite pastime of spending time with his family, Dr. French’s interests include hunting, backpacking, skiing and traveling.
